Hello,

 

My Fitbit (Alta HR) currently has syncing issues. It uploads only the day's steps but my steps from before are erased; however, it doesn't any measurements in the steps and it's not tracking my heart rate anymore. The only data going through is the day's steps. What's happening?

[SOLVED]

 

I updated my phone to Android 11. With so many people mentioning a syncing issue previously, I decided to try my iPad and it synced perfectly. Fitbit, please fix this syncing issue!
