My Fitbit won’t turn on and it’s been charged, it would sync to the app on my phone, it has before but my brother deleted the fitbit from the app. How can I fix this, because I would like to use it? It won’t vibrate or show battery percentage or turn on when on the charger

Hi @Faithcrowder,
Have you tried adding the Alta HR to your Fitbit account? Just go to your Account Settings and select "Add A New Device" and then select "Alta HR". Please turn on your Bluetooth on your phone and remove or turn off all other Bluetooths in the area. Then follow the prompts on the screen and you should be all set!

Have you tried a restart? If that doesn't work, I would contact Support right away (link is at the bottom of the page).
