I just received my new replacement charger for my fitbit Alta HR and the prongs are turned the wrong way so it does not fit with my old device. Is this a manufacturer's defect or did Fitbit make a change?
No one has responded to my emails etc and I would like to continue charging and using my Fitbit. Better yet I would like to send back the charger that I just bought and get one that actually works.
