Not getting notifications

I’ve tried everything from uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to removing and reapplying it to Bluetooth and it still isn’t working. Can anyone help me out here!! Thanks

I have a Fitbit Alta. I can get the call alerts but not the text message alert. Thanks

Then let's look at the iOS board. Their are specific things to check for text notifications settings with the latest iOS version.
