Not supported anymore????

Hi,

I've had my Alta HR for well over a year now, and after updating the app a couple of days ago, it no longer syncs to my phone. Or if it does, it will log only the step count for the day and reset to 0 the next day. It has not caught any workouts or any sleep time.

I have already reset the device, and have been checking the forums. While reviewing your list of supported devices, I don't see my LG5. What can I do? I do not plan on purchasing a new phone or a new Fitbit in the near future, but would like to keep tracking my info as I have been. My device isn't that archaic.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @ZeLittleRev

I’m sorry to see your particular device is not listed as compatible with the Fitbit App. I understand you have already tried restarting your Alta HR and that did not resolve the issue. My only suggestion would be to call Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways you can contact them: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

Unfortunately because your device is not compatible you may continue to have issues. But do know the Fitbit Team is indeed working on adding more devices to the compatibility list. Although I can’t offer any timeframe on when your particular device will be added.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help
