I have a new phone and my Fitbit HR is not syncing now - I don’t know where to start - any help ?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Thank you - I went into settings, Fitbit on my old phone and the Bluetooth sharing button was off- any other suggestions, thank you

On your old phone try going into the bluetooth settings (rather than the app settings) and removing any link that to the fitbit.

So sorry but I went into Bluetooth sharing and the Fitbit button was switched off - is that where you meant ?

Unfortunately, the settings seem to differ from phone to phone. I'm not familiar with the settings you describe. Hopefully someone else will post a comment that will help sort the problem.
