My Alta HR will not sync to receive text messages and phone calls. I have: deleted and reinstalled the App, deleted and re-set up the device, checked for updates on my iPhone 7, turned off and back on my phone. Now I can’t even set up the Alta HR. It gets as far as “connecting to Tracker”; but doesn’t complete the set up. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

I’m having problems with text and phone calls not notifying. I tried all was offered, I don’t think they “Fitbit” geeks figured out how iOS 13 operating

I agree. I don’t think Fitbit knows how to fix this problem. And I don’t want a Fitbit if the phone and text messages notifications don’t work. Time to try a different brand.
