My Alta HR stop syncing sleep and steps 2 days ago. I have a Note 10. It's not like the Fitbit has a reset button or anything how does this get resolved? It's only 6 months old.

My fit bit app shows graph but no hours or min of sleep this am. I tried removing tile and logging out of app and it still is not working. I even tried restarting my Fitbit. Nothing is working. Also, when I enter exercise manually it says “not enough data” so I can’t see how long in each heart rate zone. This only started on Friday. Please advise.

I have an LG G6 and is doing the exact same thing and has not been thinking since Sunday. I noticed that one of my sleep information was being recorded in the one that was on Sunday wasn't accurate. In fact to the times were wrong. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth. And reinstalling the app with no luck. It sounds like maybe there was some kind of update in the actual app that is causing this issue for many other people. Looking through the Forum here there are a lot of post about issues was there Alta HR not syncing
