Privacy policy keep popping up!

I've been patiently waiting for Fitbit people to fix the problem with having to agree with the privacy policy and data storage every single time I move from my dashboard on the app to the menu (not just when I open the app, but continously when I'm using,  syncing and just looking at my stats). It's driving me nuts! I can't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet as I saw a post from a fitbit moderator over one month ago, saying they were working on solving the issue! I have an android,  Huawei p20 pro,  recently updated both my phone and the fitbit app to no avail. Please help!
