My existing Alta is now several years old and was starting to need very frequent recharging so I decided to replace it with a 'new' Alta (bought at least a couple of years ago but unused). I struggled to add it to my account but eventually succeeded. After walking my dogs last evening, I attempted to sync the data and got the message 'no device found'. I added the new Alta again, but this morning have the same problem - no device found. I've looked at some trouble shooting advice which suggests removing old devices from my account but I can't find any information on how to do this. Any help / advice please?

the computer Dashboard go to settings click on the device you want to remove and scroll all the way down to the bottom. You will see remove device
Phone Tap on device then tap on the trash can
