Resting Heart Rate charting and downloading data

I wear my Alta HR only at night and have data since October 2018.  I want to chart my sleeping (average) heart rate for a two year period, 2018 to present.  The heart rate information is not available to download.  I see that others have been able to chart the info, how can I do this?  Note:  I recently purchased premium in case that matters.
