I have an iPhone XS and my fitbit Alta HR is recognized by my app, then sends a code, and does not ever finish connecting. It continuously says "conneting to fitbit" with a loading circle on the left. I restarted the fitbit, restarted my phone, logged out of the app, and did all trouble shooting tasks I could find. What else can be done? I'm stuck and super irritated. I had a fitbit alta, and the battery just dies at 49%, and with there being no way to change the battery, i switched to this one and now it is not working properly!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your Alta HR.
