I use my silent alarms all the time; recently when I try to dismiss the alarm, my device flashes the Fitbit logo & version before I even get a chance to double tap the screen. It will often shutdown completely & won’t turn on again until I plug it in to charge & use the reset button. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
