I read 2018 posts on sleep tracking not working. This recently became issue for me. Sometimes simplified sleep tracking happened. Was rare. Now nighty. It’s charged. 2018 posts mentioned button to press 3 times on charger, no such button on mine. Any other suggestions. Thanks

Hi @Trishi88,
There is a button on the charger, it's just hard to see. Look harder or feel along the chord (the button is very small IMHO,,,I think it's located towards the base of the charger), and you'll find it. Then do the restart process as suggested in that post to see if it helps.
