My Fitbit Alta HR has recently stopped to track my sleep score. When it happened for the first time (a week ago) I thought it was due to the position of my arm and the day after I got the usual results. But since then I haven’t got the data for five days in a row. Other than that Fitbit seems to work normally. Any ideas?

Actually, It is also happened to me. I got the last sleep score during 5/15 night - 5/16 morning. From then on, I only get the usual results from Sunday (5/17) until Tuesday (5/19) but other fitbit systems still work fine.

Since 5/8 I have had the proper sleep score (with sleep stages) only twice (5/9 and last Friday). I have also contacted the Fitbit Support but no reply yet. Other systems work fine as well but I think that the lack of sleep score also affects the heart-rate, etc.
