Sleep graph and information not matching

My Alta is recording my sleep, and the graph seems correct but the written data isn’t? I can see that I’ve been awake and restless on the graph, but the data says no times awake etc

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Can you please let me know when was the first you you experienced this and how many times since then? Seems odd that the information that's on the graph is not matching with the other one. That said, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app and sync your Alta device? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
