How can I get my sleep score on the PC screen ? I see it on my mobile but not the PC.

@Garnet   I am not a PC user, but I am pretty sure that the sleep score isn't available on the Fitbit app for Windows 10.  I know it isn't available on the web dashboard at fitbit.com.
