Sleep

Since the transition to Google and the new app my Fitbit Alta HR no longer provides a sleep score. I contacted Fitbit chat 3 times and the first time, the rep told me to reboot the device. After I did that, I no longer could see both sleep stages AND my sleep score!!! Basically, the sleep feature no longer works on the Fitbit Alta since the buyout by Google Apparently, Fitbit  was well paid at a cost to the users and resulted in a significant loss of features. Needless to say, the  subsequent  live chats were unable to offer any solution or information of value.  They simply suggested I post on the community. I see that other users are having the same issues… Fitbit - please work to resolve the issues since the transition to the new app as a result of the sale!!!
