Small gaps in HR while sleeping

I have noticed in the past week that I will have a 5-10 minute gap in my he rate and it always happens while asleep, and generally toward the end of my sleep cycle.  I've done the resets but it keeps happening. It stays pretty steady on my wrist. And it's strange that it always happens at the same time (4am-6am) while sleeping.  Any others notice this?
