I want to clean everything out and start new. How do I do that?

One possible way:
1. Create a new account with a different email address.
2. Not sure if the Alta would allow you to erase all user data- if it has this option then do so.
3. Remove your Alta from your current account (unlink it to the account).
4. If you can't erase user data then you might try a factory reset.
5. Link the unit to your new account.
