Why is Fitbit not counting steps ?

Hi @50yMcdade60 It is very hard to answer that question when we don't what it is doing and not doing. However try restarting it a few times and see if that gets it counting again.

Mine stopped counting steps 3 days ago. I just noticed it on our work steps challenge. I've disconnected and reconnected to the website. The clock, calendar, etc. work fine and it shows steps on the device but not on my Fitbit page or work challenge page.
