My Alta HR not working. Blank screen, no lights on back. When I charge, it gets hot. Wont sync or reset. When I try to reset, nothing happens.  Put in rice in case it was wet, but nothing.

When I look on the app it says it is dead and that it cannot sync to the fitbit
