My fitbit has switched to only showing steps per thousand. Ie 10,000 then 11,000 then 12,000 etc. It is not giving me the step count inbetween these numbers. How do I correct it? Thank you

Hi @Spithead  you probably have the orientation of the screen face where it's skinny. If you change it, you'll see all the numbers. I have the Alta HR, too.

It makes a difference seeing all the steps doesn't it? Glad you figured it out @Spithead

I have been absolutely been pulling my hair our trying to sort this problem. I unpaired device as it just wouldn't sync which fixed that problem but then found I could only get the skinny view. I've now learnt something new, thanks to you, so all's come well.  Have a good day. Thank you.
