I put my Alra on the charger this morning, now it is stuck on the battery screen. I can't get it to the time screen.
Hi, @Maggpie29! I'd suggest restarting your tracker a few times and see if that helps.

Best AnswerThanks for your reply. I tried to attach to the charger again to see if it would go away. All day my battery said medium; when I attached it for charging it said battery empty. I think my charger is broken.
That's my next move.
Best AnswerIf it's frozen, the battery indicator might not update. Have you tried restarting the tracker?

Best AnswerI think I finally got it. I was doing that and the battery was showing an exclamation mark in the center; the green light was not coming on. Finally, the light came on and it looks like it's working. The time showed up also.
Thanks so much for all your help.
Best AnswerYou're welcome! I'm glad it worked!

Best AnswerSame problem with the frozen battery on screen but none of the repair steps noted in this thread are working. Also, yesterday's steps carried over to today, did not restart at midnight. I did not change time zones.
Tried uninstall and reinstall of app, tried a restart of the fitbit several times (with pressing the button 3 times with that little vibration after each), tried holding that button for 10-12 seconds, tried cleaning the contacts. .
Nothing.
Yesterday afternoon the fitbit screen began flashing wildly and then by this morning it had worn itself out and the battery was dead. Now plugged back into the charger it appears half charged but again, battery icon stuck on screen. Might anyone know what to do at this point? Thanks.
