Getting red exclamation, trying to manually sync , I have reset phone, Bluetooth. I do not know what else to try, any suggestions would be appreciated 👍 thanks.

Hi @DonnaTylerLee Have a read of THIS Help Arti le on syncing problems. Good luck with it. Syncing problems are so annoying!
