I haven't been able to sync my fitbit for a few weeks. It used to show everything on the right day, then a few days later it wouldn't show that certain days but the day before. I can't get it to sync anytime now.
My clock is 3 hours behind. I thought it was because of the time change but that isn't it.
I have an ALTA

Hi @vdc16, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hello,
I am having the same issue. I've had my Alta for about 3 1/2 years and aside from a couple glitches it has worked perfectly.
My FitBit was showing the wrong time, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the app the time corrected. I was able to sync a couple times, but it stopped syncing altogether on April 8 no matter how many times I enable Bluetooth and manually attempt to sync.
Could you assist?
Thanks a bunch!

I've had my Alta HR for quite a while. It quit syncing April 13. There have been no changes to cause this difficulty. I have not been able to resolve it. I have an iPhone 11.
