Syncing difficulties with Android phone

Ao i have tried all the different suggestions to get the alta hr to sync to my android and still nothing.

I'm at the point where it's more frustration then anything

Hi @Samiamprud What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List  ?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? just as @NellyG suggested you and let me know how it goes.

Ive been having the same issue for months to the point where it takes 50 refreshes just to work. Over it. Even went out and bought a new fitbit. Same issue. Please acknowledge it is an app issue

I am so tired of reading the useless recommendations from the Fitbit representatives.

 

Guess what you guys...your app DOESN'T WORK! You know this is true...

 

MANY users are having the same issue with the app. WE HAVE ALL TRIED YOUR "TROUBLESHOOTING" PROCEDURES. Do you think that I don't know how to work my phone? Are you serious? I'm an college graduate.. probably older than you.. can still work in MS-DOS if necessary.  Why do I have to uninstall and reinstall the app everyday in order to get the app to relay texts to the tracker? You know that this is a problem with the app software.

 

Fix your app. Do it! Get it together. Don't be lazy. Take care of your customers. Stop redirecting us to useless troubleshooting lists.  

 

We paid good money for these products. This is shameful. You are shameful.

I'm also experiencing this problem. 

It hasn't updated for over a week and I'm concerned all my data will have been lost since it's so long since it's synced. It's extremely annoying.
