Syncing issue with moto G7

Hello, 

I have been trying to sync to the fitbit app in my new moto g7, but it doesn't seem to connect whatever I do. When I try to connect it to my alta HR, it does say that it found my tracker, and asks to input the passkey. However, later it gets stuck there for a long time, and later asking to retry due to technical problem. I guess this problem is because moto G7 is not supported yet?

I checked with moto G6, and it connects without any problem!

Kindly include support for moto G7!! I urgently need it.

First...I factory reset my Versa.

Second...I downloaded the Fitbit app to my Moto G7.

Third..started the process of it being a new watch....works perfect!

I did try resetting my watch, but it did not help.

Have you found your Fitbit Versa still connects with the Moto g7 power? I need a new phone and really would like the G7 but I need to know it will continue to stay connected. Sarah

Does anyone know how to factory reset if it never actually pairs with phone (moto g7)?

Swipe left on the versa and select settings. Scroll down to About then
scroll again to Factory settings.
Try uninstalling the Fitbit app too and reinstall it. I have to do this
every now and then. Not ideal but does the job.
