My phone cant find my fitbit today. I am unable to sync with the charger as my charger broke and I bought one from Amazon which doesn't have the buttons on it. Itszacfitbit alta

I am sorry to hear that your tracker is not syncing with your phone. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and sharing that your charger doesn't have the button in order to do a restart.
