Syncing issues

Hi everyone. I am very confused because I haven't used my Fitbit Alta HR for awhile it has different time hours and days. As I was syncing my device like normal it said I had to turn my Bluetooth on when my Bluetooth already was on. If I turned it off my mouse or keyboard wouldn't function properly as I use my iMac to sync and save all my data, the last sync I did was on September 20th 2019. I need help!! I followed all instructions but it's still not working someone please help me and tell me what's going on I'm very confused.

Hi @Chloe333,

 

Have you tried syncing from a phone?  All of your data will still be there once you log into the Fitbit app.  It may be worth a shot.
