Do you use Samsung S10 with your Fitbit Alta HR?  I can't use it with my S10.  Fitbit doesn't support this device yet.

Welcome on board @Annieng44, it's nice to see a new member around!

I understand your concern with using Samsung S10 with your Fitbit Alta HR tracker. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported (https://www.fitbit.com/devices). While your phone is not supported by the Fitbit app, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently.

If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please check the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

My Fitbit Versa does connect to my s10, however the connection is very spotty. I get a notification about "Fitbit has not synced since...." About 10 times per day. I have to force sync it at least 10 times per day. I get notifications for brief periods of time and then they stop again until I open the app and wait for it to sync again. I switched over from a Google Pixel a couple months ago. I never had this problem with my old phone. Are there still issues being worked out between Fitbit and the new S10s?

Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ken2021.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. To resolve the syncing issue, please follow our tips in Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If you're using several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps.

Hope this helps!
