Go to your personal settings. Easiest way on from your dashboard on the website.

I run into this many times during the year: syncing issues! When I get on the fitbit dashboard, I cannot see anywhere to click SYNC! It's driving me crazy. I go to the HELP screens, and nothing points to a solution. IT says to click on certain icons, and I don't have them! I'm not on the iPhone but i'm doing it from the Windows 10 dashboard. Can someone help?
