My Alta has correct time, day and date yet when I sync with my Fitbit the sleep data is one day ahead, anyone know how I can sort this? I have tried logging sleep manually but still the same

Welcome to the Forums @LindaMcLAlta! This sounds odd. To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart it. Also, make sure that your timezone setting is correct.

If the issue persist, please attach a screenshot of the incorrect sleep log.

Keep me posted! 😉

I have a One. Mine's ahead, too. On 'today' it shows how well I slept last night

I work 12 hour shift and on some days that I work nights I may get 2 or 3 naps a day and it has advanced my sleep record a day in advance! Everything else is in sync!!! How can I fix this! I did delete one nap but it didn’t help!!!
