I left the state last week and my Fitbit automatically changed the time zone on my clock. I am back home now and it is still reflecting the Out of state time. Help, please!

Hello @Utahgal301
No worries. Just simply do this:
1. open fitbit app
2. Tap profile picture on upper left corner of your screen
3. Scroll to and tap advanced setting
4. Ensure time zone is enabled to “Set Automatically”
5. Tap the word “Today” at the bottom of your screen
5. Sync your device
😃 Please let me know if this is an acceptable solution

Hello again @Utahgal301
I wanted to check back in with you to see if my suggestions to help you with your recent Fitbit Alta HR timezone did indeed resolve your issue. If I did indeed help resolve your issue could you please tap the “best answer” box just under my post containing my suggestion? Doing this really helps other individuals who come to the Fitbit Community looking for answers to issues similar to your. I’d really appreciate it...Thanks! 😃

Any more ideas? Sometimes my Versa changes automatically and sometimes I have to mess with it. This time nothing seems to work. I tried this solution... nothing changed. I have stopped and restarted the ap. I have restarted my watch. Turned bluetooth off and on. Restarted my phone. Nothing.

Hi. This works great, of course. But if you read her post closely, the time changed correctly in one direction but not the other. I have been experiencing the same problem. The setting you highlight mysteriously changes. Apparently something is in conflict with other phone settings? (Unless you *know* your watch is wrong, this failure can affect your silent alarm and your whole day.) Can you elaborate on what might be changing the time zone setting?

I’m an airline pilot. I can’t (or won’t) be manually fixing the time every time I land.
I have a Charge 4 with GPS. It can communicate with my phone via bluetooth. Seems to me that the watch should be able to recognize when the time zone may have changed.
