the time on my fit bit is all messed up! i cant figure out how to change it. and there is not a sync thing! I Need help!

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having to change the time and to sync your data.
Could you please provide a few extra details? Do you mean that you're not able to see the option to sync your device manually on the Fitbit app?
In the meantime and before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? In addition, please check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
