Starting yesterday, I've been unable to log exercise, a feature I use daily. I've recharged my Fitbit, restarted my phone, etc to no avail. I see many users were having this problem in 2017 and Fitbit fixed the issue thru the app. Do I need an app update, or is it something else?? Thanx!!!!

Care to share any details other than "unable to log exercise"? What exactly happens? Error message?

When I try to see the details of my exercise, FITBIT sends me the message it has stopped.

I don't get a message, when I try to look up my exercise the app just turn off

It is not showing any excerize even after workout

Since April 23rd 2020 have not been able to go beyond the main screen to see the details of the exercise. The main screen shows I exercised but no details show. Fitbit app just crashes.
