Hi Team,
I have a fitbit that is a year old and was working fine on my current phone until one day it has issues connecting to my bluetooth. I unpaired the device and was not able to detect it anymore. I thought it could be a problem with my phone, but this issue persisted even with a new phone.
I did a factory reset for the fitbit but am still facing the same error. Could you please advise how I can fix it? Thank you.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Alta? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
