My old Fitbit ALTA hr just got replaced with a brand new one due to technical issues. Now I am not being able to set it up on my phone. It keeps saying there was a problem as soon as I enter the code from the screen of the HR.
What do I do?

Make sure the old one has been removed from Bluetooth on your phone
Shut your phone down after it done for a minute. Go back in and try again
