Unable to sync device with LG G6

Alta hr will not sync with my LG G6.

Shows steps but does not show hourly steps or sleep info.  Have to horse it around even to show steps.  Have had it 2 years and never problems to this degree.  Tried all the fixes- nothing works.

Hello @Katez48 and @RalyGrl53, welcome to the Community Forums!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for both of you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile devices that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thank you for your quick response.
I went through everything you sent and these are all things I have tried
with no result.
On the dashboard, I arrowed back to yesterday, where I had had a step count
only, of 7000 steps. It is now showing zero. I arrowed back to today and
it was displaying today's steps but no sleep data or hourly steps. When I
first turned the app on this morning there was a message to the affect of,
"one moment for a brief update". That obviously didn't make a difference.
I really love my fitbit but this is very frustrating and time consuming.
Sure hope you can come up with some answers.
Kind regards
Kathy
