Hi there,
My Alta has been fine for many months but suddenly stopped syncing on 13th December. I’ve tried various resets but can’t get the device to talk to my mobile anymore. It appears to be logging my steps on the device but not transferring anything to the mobile.
Can you help?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
