I've charged my Fitbit Alta recently and when I took it off the charger when it was done charging it said the correct day and date but told me the wrong time. So I went on the Fitbit app for Android and when I click on sync now it says sync for a minute and then gives up and tells me it was last synced this past Sunday. Its weird cuz I've used my Fitbit since then. I've tried everything troubleshooting said, even closed out the app and restarted my phone and still nothing. I would try to uninstall and reinstall the app but then I would be afraid that it wouldnt recognize my device. I also tried turning bluetooth on and off and made sure I was connected to wifi. Please help. Thanks.

Hello @Countryfan72010, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
