My Alta is not syncing for hourly steps. I’ve lost the plus sign on my dashboard on my app it’s disappeared does anyone know how to get it back and if this will solve the problem?

Thank you for sharing this information about your Alta that hasn't been syncing your steps.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
In addition, could please share a screenshot of the page or screen where you're not able to see the plus sign that you mentioned?
