When I try to set up text notifications and all day sync it says it is unavailable. Is that because I o my have an iCloud email or should It still work and if so how can I fix it.

Just to be more specific it says my iPhone and Fitbit have to be paired for it to work I tell it to set it up then after setting it up it doesn’t work
