I have had an Alta HR for over a year and this last 2 weeks is not registering any walks as exercise. It registers the active minutes and it USED to register walks every day but has now stopped and only registeres Elliptical as exercise not walking. It is set to register 10 minute walks and I have just gone for a 82 minute walk and have had to register is manually. I have looked the last 14 days and despite walking for over an hour every day it only registered it once. On the phone app (Android) and the windows app on laptop exactly the same. It has been reset twice according to trouble shooting instructions on webpage which has made no difference.
