Hi @SunsetRunner you can't sync via the website. You can sync via your compatible smartphone or tablet.

Hi, so I was just in a chat with "help" - I have an alta hr and trying to sync, but theres no choice to as I see the site has totally changed.
The person who was in the chat did not say it could not be updated by website....what's the answer and then why would I continue with the website if there's information or syncing can be done. UGH...now I'm wondering if I should delete account and reinstall, but the fear is losing the information because it hasn't synced.

@Ess500 you won't be able to sync to any Windows computer. The account has all your activity from whenever you began, so you don't want to delete that as all the information would be lost to you.
