Hi @Gjon05 - welcome to the forums. I had the same issue but it has since been resolved. Can you please tell me - Which phone or iPhone are you syncing to? And is the OS or iOS on your phone updated to the latest version. Let me know and we can try trouble shooting from there.

Hi there, I’m not sure why it reduced.. I was literally watching it happen on my wrist!! I did however spend waaay too much time messing about with the features and it the kilometres had gone back to zero. I was able to manually input them as I had done the exact same walk the previous day.. so got it sorted in the end. But thank you for your help. X

There was a recent problem where steps where being reduced during a sync. Please make sure that your Fitbit app has the latest updates.then restart the phone. As @SunsetRunner mentions we where told this has been fixed.

If it is still happening let us know @Gjon05
