Will not sync with correct info

my Alta has not synced with my phone since 4/27/2020.

When asking about a phone problem it is helpful to include info on the phone.

Have you updated the Fitbit app and shut off/restart the phone?

No, your answer did not help.. I have reinstalled the app twice. And
restarted my phone more than once. My fitbit will not sync with my
phone's blue tooth..I have attempted to repair it and that does not work.
At first, week of April 26th, the track your exercise tile was not working,
it would flip me out of the app. Starting April 28th, the exercise tile
would open but not record any of the exercise information. Plus it started
to record calories each day incorrectly, stopping each day at 1,157
calories, no record of miles walked minutes of exercise, or steps taken.

Still hoping to find out what phone model your asking about.

I'm also not sure what you mean by attempt to pair, and what error message you recieved?

If you think back to when setting up, you never paired the tracker, you added the tracker to your Fitbit account, then the fitbit app paired the tracker to the phone.

To sync the Fitbit tracker does not need to be paired to the phones bluetooth.

 

If the tracker is not syncing, why would you expect any of the data to be correct?

As for how useful my answer can be, that is true, without having any details, error messages, phone model, etc I am only able to give generic info.
