Won't sync

Hadn't used fitbit for a while. Charged fitbit, synced fitbit, now it won't sync again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Genimi Try restarting the Alta HR a few times and see if it will sync then. If you still have problems, then try THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
