I have a Fitbit Alta and I have almost lost it several times the band just keeps falling off. I have tried bending the piece it suggests in another forum but it just doesn't work. If my phone had not of rang this am I would have never looked down and saw it on the ground in the grocery store parking lot today.  I am very unhappy

Had to buy new ones online and they have worked better.
