My Alta HR is showing as charged, yet the App is saying very low battery and it won't sync. I understand I cannot replace the battery. Is the App correct, or is the device correct when it's showing as charged? If the App is correct, and the device really is on low battery, does that mean it's time for a new device?

Hi @Fran14,
Looks like you need to sync your device again. The app will only show your device's battery level as of it's last sync.
